Rules & Forms
The contest is open to all 7th and 8th grade students in public, private, parochial and home schools. A student may have one entry per category. Students must make a commitment regarding art submitted to the Helen Mears Art Contest. The submitted pieces should not be entered in another contest if their piece is selected to go on to the State contest. They must also be aware that if their art wins at State, the pieces go directly to the Oshkosh Public Museum for the museum’s summer exhibit. Artwork from this exhibit will be returned to the student at the address indicated on the Permission Slip.
